Went there based on the good reviews already left and was not disappointed. The staff was nice and helpful and the battery was replaced and watch resealed in 30 minutes. Would happily go again if something ever goes wrong with my watch

Having found 2 men's watches at home that hadn't been working for at least 10 years, my husband and I took them to Tick King while we were in the Victoria Centre. They were pleasant and efficient and we left the watches with them while we shopped. We were surprised by the price we were given- much cheaper than we thought. We were delighted to find both watches working and the price was exactly as quoted. Would recommend.

Did a great job in repairing my wife's Michael Kors watch and provide a fast efficient postal service. The cost was exactly as per their initial telephone estimate. Highly recommended.

Sent two watches and both were fixed, beautifully. Watches look as good as new. Kept informed on the progress, of repair. Would recommend without hesitation.
