Went into Pandora Merry Hill today, and unfortunately had a stone fall out of one of my rings! I have been going in numerous times to get it replaced however had no luck. Today Helen has gone above and beyond to help me get it replaced! She has ordered a new replacement with free express delivery to my address! She even helped me sign up to my rewards to help save in the future. I don’t usually do reviews, but felt she deserved it! Thanks again Helen
Brought a bracelet the sales rep was outstanding with service, no pressure, no sales tactics and even gave us the best deals to go with bracelet. Can't remember her name she was mixed race but if you know her or see her she was great
Been there really wanted to buy a bracelet for my daughter, walked around and stand in front of the staff, but staff never approached me it was 3 workers and not many customers, one lady didn’t serve anyone but she was more interested in cleaning jewellery than ask us if we needed help. Humiliation so walked out
Went into the store with my son for my wife’s birthday present and we were to say the least clueless, we were politely greeted Helen and she was was fantastic interacted with my son and helped us with all the order she was very patient and very mush a credited to Pandora thank you for your help Helen
Went to merry hill store with my brother today. To get a heart charm with a goat pic.. Helen was brilliant was so helpful n great customer service 10/10 but there was another lady called Olivia come across rude and asked was we gay which was a ridiculous comment as my brother stated it was a gift for he’s mrs.. lol n yes Olivia we do think high of our selfs shame u don’t think much of urself.. thank u Helen great job
Bought a bracelet and 2 charms on Friday but due to arthritis in my hands was unable to close the clasp so had to return to store. Went thru various options but struggled with them all. Aimee then produced the Moments Open Bangle which is perfect as the charms are secured by a ball which is so easy, just screw it on, no strength needed. Thank you so much for your patience Aimee, Pandora are lucky to have you on their team

Danielle was so sweet , and warm welcoming, she comes across so funny but so helpful when me and my Girlfriend were looking for a new promise ring. We were only there to look for the time being but she went through everything thoroughly and answered any questions we had. We will definitely be back soon to purchase the rings, and we would love to be served by Danielle again! She is a credit to the company and deserves a raise!
