Very helpful staff...sorted out my Rado watch which I took in to add more links to. Two other high end jewellery shops both were unable to help. Staff at Francis & Gaye were marvellous.

Terrible experience, ordered 2 different Disney charms, 2 came the same. Didn't want to help or even pay for the return postage, was VERY rude, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Fantastic shop. One of the best customer service I've ever received. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Couldn't be happier. Great communication. Received regular updates as promised by the store manager himself. Happy to come back again for another watch.

Popped in today to look for a pearl ring wuth my husband The lady sale assistant was very helpful and friendly went out of her way to.help us. James (? manager) heard what we were looking for and said a new lot of pearl stock had arrived and asked if we wanted to see it. He sat us down and showed us all the pearl rings he had. When I saw one I liked he checked to see about one in my size. He gave us a very good price and the option to pay in installments (as it is a christmas) present or as we paid all he gave us an extreamly generous discount. He hen offered to ckean my wedding ring while i.waited (like new again after 33 years) Told me to.tell my son and his wife to bring their wedding rings tbey got from him 4 yrs ago in to.be cleaned. He also said id my other son and his fiancee got tbeir wedding rings from him he would give them a good fair price. Hw made us feel looked after and special Top notch customer service I can highly recommend this shop.
