Bought a lovely looking item . The staff we're very friendly and helpful. Had an issue with item when purchased but was resolved promptly. Was kept informed throughout the whole process. Aftercare was brilliant. Would definitely recommend this store and staff. Really happy with purchase.

Annmarie store Manager was attentive and extremely helpful. Advised on Diamond quality and even ring settings and meanings. Cannot fault the service provided by Annmarie, such a knowledgeable person. What a valuable asset to the company!!!! I would highly recommend  but would always ask for Annmarie and her invaluable insight!!

Went in to collect my watch.    Was served quickly and pleasantly, had a bit of banter with server. A very pleasant transaction

My partner and I visited the store to have a look at engagement rings hoping to be helped in finding a perfect ring with in our budget. We had looked online beforehand at different jewellers, so we had an idea of the ring we could get for our money. The assistant who we dealt with was so rude and obnoxious and it was clear that she didn't think much of our budget. Firstly she said for that money we would have to go to a different counter. My partner had a specific style in mind, this lady kept pushing other styles of ring that we didn't want. When my partner said that's not what she wanted, the comments back were that's all we could get in that budget and she asked us if we could increase it repeatedly. The ring we were after was a simple solitaire diamond design that we knew we could get in our budget, but were shown completely different and more expensive styles. After some back and forth between my partner and her, she said there were 6000 rings in-store, could we not find one that we like and increase the budget, because we would not get one we want. At this point we politely left the store, but wish we had returned to confront her at the time, as she made us feel worthless, on what should have a been a special experience. We ended up visiting another jewellers in merry hill who were exceptional, listened to our requirements and helped us find and purchase our perfect ring with in our budget while sipping a complimentary wine. It's a shame, but we will never consider visiting Ernest Jones again or recommending.  Terrible service.

Had to wait a while to post this. I went into store in Merryhill to buy an engagement ring after seeing an offer online. After getting the right size I tried to buy a ring which was on offer however the sales woman Older lady, blond fluffy hair said the offer had unfortunately ended. She was quite rude and pushy. I showed her it was still live and she tried to tell me I was showing her a screenshot. She then tried to sell me a cheaper smaller ring and pushing to a different one which was the same price the more expensive one was on offer for even though the one she was showing me was also cheaper online than what she was trying to sell it to me for!. After explaining it was not a screenshot I left and bought the ring online using the offer which was still very much live and was for another week!.  Be careful dealing with the stores as it seems they will try and scam you if they can.

My grandfather brought be my tag for my 21st birthday before 3 months later passing away. This year I had it serviced with what I thought was a tag heurer dealership, having an 8 week wait for it to return weeks later the logo and numbers fell off the face little did I know Ernest Jones send it to some back street dealer for services and now want 300pound prior to my service costs to put right. There was nothing wrong with this watch and didn't have any accidental damage. Yet being lied to informing me they've sent my watch to tag to repair the problem  to now find out it back at the back street dealers! Disappointed isn't the word!

Attentive staff and a good range of jewellry.  Mid to high proce range, but some is priced high because of the brand not the quality.

Worst customer service ever, brought a ring from them just over a year ago originally the Diamond fell out and I took it back and they sorted the issue but recommended I take a insurance policy which I did at the time. The Diamond has fell out again and I went to the store expecting it to be sorted with no issues due to having the insurance. The lady I spoke to was rude and Obnoxious to me and it was 4:30 half an hour before closing time and it felt like she just wanted me to leave so she could shut the shop , she wouldn’t help me and kept saying I need to phone customer service, she asked if I had the insurance policy with me and I explained I don’t think I have the paperwork as it got damaged and the reply I got was that’s not my problem is it. I mean come on is that how you wish to treat your customer. She kinda tried walking me over to the door as well as every time she spoke she took a step towards the door as if to try and move me over in that direction.  You need to sort this out no the level of service to expect.

The manger was so helpful and helped us find exactly what we wanted for a great price thank you kindly
