If your looking to trade in your gold be very careful. I was offered £500 here yet the jewellers in Aldridge gave me £900 for the same items.
It is always a pleasure to go tp T H Baker, Keith and the team know their stuff.
Popped in for a quote on gold chain fastener repair. Liked what the gentleman quoted and said I’d go with it. Fixed it there & then in the shop! Didn’t have to part with my very special necklace for more than a few minutes! Excellent service.

My husband bought me a necklace for our diamond anniversary, the staff could not have been more helpful. Due to the difficult circumstances the sale was mostly done over the phone with the manager, he then posted the necklace so we did not have to risk going to the shop as we have been in isolation. On arrival the clasp was very difficult to fasten and this was changed at no extra cost. If you want pleasant and helpful staff this is the shop to go to. Thanks Keith for excellent service.
Outstanding customer service and high quality products. The level of consideration shown with the issues surrounding my partner's eternity ring has been impeccable. Second to none. Fallon deserves a special mention as well as Keith and the lady who served me today.
I have been in a few of T H Baker's but I have to say this one has the most helpful and Friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. No pressure to make decisions and giving you space to decide what you fell is right for yourself. When you go in you notice how spacious and bright it is, pleasure to shop will be back!
Lovely, helpful, non pushy staff. Go there mainly for watches. Good choice and after sales service. Highly recommended.
This place was very good at what they did for me even though they tried to fix my watch but didn't thanks any way I have since been back to buy a new watch from them and I am very pleased with the service and quality of service
Helpful staff and good range of jewellery but lots of it was rather exorbitant but then I don't see the need to pay thousands for platinum when silver is beautiful!
