Really helpful staff, didn't have the item in store & got one transferred for me. They answered all my questions & then were very good when went back to get the matching ring

Staff are very unwelcoming and make me feel very uncomfortable and look rather intimidating as you walk in the shop. I went to exchange a ring for a smaller size and was greeted very rudely. The advice my niece was given couldn't be further from the truth, she was told to keep the bigger ring even though it was falling off her finger. After being made to feel rather stupid, she decided to still get the smaller ring ( which fits perfectly ) and then asked to look at some more jewellery. the woman huffed and puffed around the shop, rolling her eyes as my niece asked to look at certain things. I can only assume she wanted to join the rest of the staff in having a gossip at the back of the store while customers just walked in and out as they didn't recieve any assistance.

I was greeted by a lovely lady who showed me a wide variety of charms. Very happy, very good customer service
