Staff seemed to have competent knowledge of phones and accessories unfortunately the member of staff who dealt with me would not listen to what I was saying and persisted in explaining why a contract would be much better despite my saying my mental health would make a contract a bad idea and I Would end up in debt with it. 
This person tried multiple times to encourage me into getting a contract despite knowing I have cognitive issues .
I would worry for anyone with mental health or cognitive issues going here as they will take advantage of you if you do not stand up for yourself. 

AVOID LIKE THE BLACK DEATH.

Staff is ok, shop like everywhere else. But o2 prices are up since I'm with them for 3 years. Will do my upgrade somewhere else

Staff were unwilling to help and were, quite frankly, rude. I was extremely disappointed.
