Having ordered some light fittings for a client of ours; they were out of stock with an estimated delivery time. Client decided he couldn't wait so I duly cancelled the order. I have now been waiting for a refund for 2 months now. 
There is NEVER any answer on the phone number available.

Please DO NOT order anything from this totally unprofessional company. 

Had to give 1 star to post this, in reality I'd have given them none.

I bought a very strong, good quality storage bag for the cushions on my garden furniture. I am delighted with my purchase and would definitely recommend Leader Stores. Thank you for swift delivery and a very reasonable price for my purchase.

Leaders Doors were fantastic - had a problem with online discount but this was easily sorted. Doors are excellent quality and look great.

Shocking service. Few weeks on and still awaiting refund on item that is out of stock... AVOID at all cost.

Please do yourself a favour and dont be fooled by the alleged selection and low prices -- don't order from there.

Even 1 star is too much for these crooks...
