We usually come every Sunday after Son's football game. The cafe is great! Staff very friendly and accommodating.. Always grab a few bits for the house also! Parking is great. Cafe is upstairs but there is a lift.. Lots of seasonal stuff - Easter now in!
I have just purchased an item and the girl on the till seemed very very disappointed in having to work there, I was told the price and handed a receipt... absolutely no manners, no please or thank you.nnThe staff filling shelves are under the impression that the store is closed, boxes EVERYWHERE, hazard waiting to happen, all chatting with each other.nnDo staff have ANY training these days, do they know retail means interacting with people who help keep a store open???nnI'll take my business elsewhere until you employ people that actually want to help customers.
I was in the store on Christmas Eve and hadn't realised that I'd dropped my purse. A big thank you to the lovely member of staff who found it and looked for me together with the manager to return it. So thank you so much for your kindness. Happy New Year to you all, Anita Nimmo xx

Dunelm have a good range of products to suit every need and budget. The staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable.nnEverything I've bought has been off a decent quality, from bedding to cups to cleaning brushes. If I were looking for any household items I would at least check at Dunelm first.nnThey have regular sales / discounts so it's not unusual to be able to pick up a great bargain. I've had everything from serving dishes to slippers at such steep discounts that it almost felt like stealing.nnThere's also a lovely little cafe on the top floor run by Pausa which is very popular with local residents which is reasonably competitive with it's prices. The staff are incredibly friendly and will bend over backwards to accommodate any requests.
