Absolutely appalling service at the Hartlepool branch . Lid on paint not put on properly which then spilt in my car. Rang and spoke to “Manager ” who refused to give me his full name as he was no obligation to. Then made comments as regards my “common sense”. When my partner took the paint back he tried to apologise as the lid wouldn’t go on the original tin. Disgraceful customer service .

A surprisingly good range of items.  Staff are very helpful when I can't find specific things.

The best place ever    don't need any other buillders merchants anymore

Sold us the wrong paint claiming it would be durable. We cleaned using a cloth and it came straight off. Not durable at all. The store refused to offer us an alternative or refund. Disgusting customer service.

Excellent service vast amount of goods at a reasonable price

Got the draught excludes required,  plus raided the bargain bin for cheap jigsaw blades
