I say this with no malice. The ONLY good thing about this store is the staff.nShelves are CONSTANTLY empty, many have NO price tags, so you literally have to GUESS how much stuff is!!!nI only ever shop here now when I have absolutely no choice as it is a lot closer to my home.nIf management read this...SORT OUT YOUR STORE!!!
I wasn't going to put a review. But you seem to be asking me to all the time. Well I was not impressed looked on line told item was in stock drove all the way to the store only to find none in stock. Unfortunately I didn't enjoy my experience. Waste of electricity on my car to be honest.
Really helpful staff throughout the store but I particularly want to mention Mark on the bakery section who, when I asked if he had any more of their delicious cheese bread offered to bake me some there and then. What a star!
Absouloutly shocking. Brought my 83 year old mam shopping. She needed a sit down with something to eat. To be told the kitchen was too busy and we couldn't order food. All we wanted was a bowl of chips. It took 20 minutes to be served with a cup of tea and a coke. A lady behind asked for toast to be told it would be 40 mins for a slice of toast?????? Howay. Surely they should just shut. We will not be visiting again. And the staff need some social skill training. Horrendous
Great supermarket with certain items priced competitively in comparison to the competition.nnI personally love their salad bar, but also their fresh bakery is second to none too.nnGood opening hours with a nice petrol station just across the road with a mini morrisons attached!nnGood carpark with plenty of spaces, including child bays and disabled parking. Overall, one of the better supermarkets in Hartlepool.
