Well done on the firing of the security guard bullying legitimate customers. Maybe we can visit on a Sunday now without being told filming is illegal despite it being for our own protection. Man got confused between security policy and the law and just wanted to be a big Richard in a little town. Always made excuses to hide from hid manager too. Good work morrisons. Now if you could work on the attitude of the staff on reductions we would have a lovely store. We aren't shopping to upset the butchers. The cost of living is high and we want a bargain. You have an entire butchers prep area away from customers to reduce items if you don't like a crowd. But don't make comments about it out loud like a pansy. Just do your job. Your customers are happy with a bargain you should be happy you have happy customers not side eyeing and badmouthing them to other staff outloud. I'm looking particularly at the butchers as the fish mongers are all lovely and the deli and pizza counter workers too.
The staff are lovely. The loud mouthed woman who appears to be the manager isn't. The way she speaks to her staff is awful.
Typical supermarket. Has fresh fish, bakery, deli, pizza, and butchery sections. Has an indoor restraint which is good for light lunches, tea/coffee, etc.
Great supermarket with certain items priced competitively in comparison to the competition.nnI personally love their salad bar, but also their fresh bakery is second to none too.nnGood opening hours with a nice petrol station just across the road with a mini morrisons attached!nnGood carpark with plenty of spaces, including child bays and disabled parking. Overall, one of the better supermarkets in Hartlepool.
Been in Morrisons this morning to buy a pot of flowers for my gf and after payment i've seen another flower in same type of pot but more pretty.nI asked the lady politely if i can swap and im ready to pay the difference on price if there is any and she completely refused, offered me an absolutely bad experience saying ,, i can't,, and leaving me without words.nI dont like her attitude and i will think twice if i have to visit this shop again!nNo thanks
