Great customer service and great prices.
I bought a chain here over a year ago its fantastic, it hasnt lost its shine and still looks great and i wear it 24/7. Very pleased with my purchase and its a nice shop too.
Literally in shock at how rude, obnoxious and unprofessional the staff at the Halifax branch are. The worst customer service i have ever experienced. Please avoid purchasing from here, i attempted to simply exchange a ring i had purchased just days earlier and produced the receipt. The staff including the manager made every lame excuse under the sun and refused to take the item back. Absolute con artists. Will be pursuing a formal complaint with head office.
If I could it would be 0 stars. The staff at Halifax are the most rude, unprofessional people I've ever had the misfortune of speaking to. The manager is worse than the rest of the staff there. Don't be fooled into thinking you would be entitled to an exchange or refund if you change your mind or are gifted an item you're not happy with. They will make every pathetic excuse under the sun to get out of taking the item back. Appalling.
Fantastic service first impressions staff was smiling so friendly the arrangement of items stood out has you walk in just can't fault it number one for me shall tells friends come to warren james halifax

Nice looking jewellery but not all of it is silver or gold. The sparkling earrings lose the sparkle if you shower with them in.
I think it's great of choosing my engagement ring from these jewellers They're are very helpful with assistance of looking for Jewellery
Not worth the money buying anything from this place and surely you can't get a refund once you have purchased even for a £1000 worth of something and changed your mind .
