My mum and dad have been here, I haven't been yet, but want to! The selection of charms mum thought were not as good as previous times. But still sold at a good price and still lovely charms and stock to choose from. Mum and dad bought me 3 lovely charms and a pink material cute bracelet :) Definetly coming to visit :)

Firstly, I have to say, I love the store for its selection of lower priced products and charms. Pandora charms for my bracelets at a more reasonable price. But secondly, I attended an interview there a few weeks ago. The assistant manager was the interviewer, yet showed discrimination to my gender when asked what my 'being male' would bring to the team. Raised it up with head office, which they apologised for. The management in that store is atrocious, to say the least. Reflected in my rating... (The 1 star being for my first point)

Looking for a particular charm, staff very unhelpful, just a straight ‘no, go somewhere else’ could have offered me an alternative charm. Unlike any other visit to other pandora shops.

A long wait to be served as store was busy. Staff are really friendly. Good selection of charms I store at good prices
