Tragicly late, avoid using this company completely. Use any other taxi company, rude and late. Ended up getting a bus because they "changed our car" three times. Never even saw the taxi but waited an hour for it.

They are always late, provide taxis for the wrong number of people and their service is terrible.
We have been using oxford city cars for two months now and we are very dissatisfied and fed up.

Used this company on Wednesday evening, we were told 10 minutes and ended up waiting 30  minutes before we decided to start walking and we received a call 45 minutes after the intial pickup time from a driver saying he was here. On top of this I lost my driving licence in one of the cabs that night and the staff were very rude and unhelpful. The phone lines are unacceptable, often have to ring 5 or 6 times before anyone picks up. I will not be using them again

Excellent services, reliable, cheap operator and drivers very friendly. And the best thing about the company is honesty- one day I had a taxi and I forgot my I phone 6plus due to my rush, they rang me straight and got it delivered. Unlike other companies in Oxford.

Awful service ordered a 6 seater a normal car arrived made us late to wedding. Then on way home driver assured us a taxi was booked... We rang to confirm no taxi available and wanted to charge us double for 2 cars because there 6 seater was booked out great now stranded....
