We travelled from Leeds to get a car from Owlet Car Sales and it was well worth the journey. I hate the experience of buying a car, but Paul looked after us and I must say it was a pleasure. There was no pressure, everything that needed doing to the car was already being done, no matter how big or small. It was a hassle free experience and we've got a great car out of it. Brilliant all round, I was a new customer 4 years ago buying from them and sorted me out with over a 5 star after service. Just arranged to buy my second car from them recently and again 6/5 star service.
Great experience bought fiat 500 for the daughter . Slight issue after having the car rang garage the problem was sorted straight away car picked up and dropped off and I was kept updated along the way . My daughter is very happy with her new wheels. Fantastic service I would highly recommend this garage and I would definitely use again.
I would highly recommend Owlet Cars, I can't thank them enough for my new car. My little Yaris I have had for 19 years, it has eventually given up the ghost. It felt really daunting having to buy another car after all that time, but I contacted Paul at Owlet and he has made something what I thought would be stressful, stress free. Paul, you have been so helpful and kind, bringing the car to where I work and dropping it off at my house. I have felt no pressure at all, and have felt relaxed through the whole process, other than excited lol. Other car salesmen seem to pressure you into buying and you don't which is so refreshing. Bought a 2011 Volvo XC90 from here about 7-8 months ago and the service was incredible. The car was prepared to such a great standard we’ve had zero issues with it and nothing has needed to be replaced. Great sales experience too, no pressure, lots of advice and huge attention to detail.
