I rate Bristol street motors very high as I had a very good customer experience.  They were all friendly when I walked in the showroom and Tobias who sold me my vauxhall combo hi life was professional in every way..not pushy like I've experienced at other car dealers..he explained everything throughly throughout the process and made me feel welcome at all times   he kept me up to date on every detail. I felt like I had nothing to worry about at any time.  I would definitely be back in later years if decided to change or buy another car.

Took car in for its first service - Car at garage at 8.15am and not ready for pick up till 5pm... The car was also meant to be getting a free valet and wash, well pictures show they lifted the mats shook the dirt underneath them then put them back down and dirt still on driver seat from our child's shoes when she's been in the car seat, shocking! Car covered in dirt still from the sand in the storm two nights before, so clearly not washed! Oily marks two spots like fingerprints in black oil on drivers seat that we've had to have professionally valeted out at my own expense. These oily finger prints all over driver door centre column too as photos show. Not happy at all.

I went to view a red Seat Arona along with my husband and father.  We received a warm friendly welcome from salesman Toby Swallow.  I would describe Toby as extremely personable, polite and considerate whilst still maintaining a professional manner.  He answered all our questions and demonstrated extensive knowledge about the car we were looking  at and took us for a test drive which was great!  Afterwards we went into the showroom for coffee then Toby talked over all options available to us. This included information about financing options, warranties, and maintenance services etc.  Overall a positive experience for us because it really helped us decide with  total confidence that this was the  car   for us!  We love it!   Thank you to Bristol Street Motors and especially Toby for all your help and making the whole process go as smooth as possible! I wouldnt hesitate to come here again if we had to get another car!

Went to see a seat arona, and bought after 10minuites, sales man Toby Swallow was a fantastic polite informative agent told us all about the car and various service plans and guarantees really helpfull and could not recommend higher,even though he is from Leeds  buy your next car from him 100%

Brilliant service, always make life simple and take the stress out of any interaction you have with them. James Collins was superb in my recent purchase.

I’ve had no issues with Bristol Street and always received a top notch service, staff are always really polite and friendly.

Biggest mistake that i bought a car from them, 18k mercedes car and problems its having wow and 2 year warranty is just a piece of paper nothing else . Cant believe they sold me car in that condition .

Recently visited to buy a car. Staff were good although our original salesman left between ordering and collecting our car which caused some issues that can’t be helped. We hadn’t expected to get our car for some months but we only had to wait two months which was very good.

Avoid. I recently bought a used car, low mileage from this branch, they sold it to me as fully serviced and every minor thing repaired. Then, after less than a year I went to do MOT with them and they failed the car, and requested a big sum of money to repair it despite being under warranty cover. Apparently they sold it to me with the fault, or they are scamming me to make me pay them extra money. Scam company, scammer salesmen and services. Avoid avoid avoid.

Brought a really lovely used car from here, the service I received from Mark Eldridge from start to finish was exceptional, would highly recommend getting a quality used car from here.
