Second time as newbies buying a caravan from here and we honestly cannot fault them , all the staff go above and beyond and are so helpful and patient nothing is a bother to any of them . I was never off the phone with questions as we’ve never owned a caravan before . The videos they sent us of how to set up the caravan were so good we were able to follow step by step when we went away . Would highly recommend buying a caravan from here

What can I say I had a problem with my motorhome and although not covered by the warranty. Emma, Adam and the team went the extra mile to fix the problem extremely quickly with no cost to myself. I honestly haven't received after sales service as easy and simple excellent job...

Bought a caravan from here and had my hand over today. All staff are very helpful and more than happy to answer any questions you have. Mark who done my handover was fantastic and went through every little detail with me somethings more than once so I could get the hang of it the whole thing was fantastic from start to finish. Never felt any pressure to buy and no one looking over your shoulder all the time. I would definitely recommend this place!
I recently brought a caravan from here. Full asking price of 14700 in cash. Paid deposit to start with. Was told by sales girl caravan comes as seen. Never thought to check when picked up. Got home they have taken leisure battery out and removed gas bottle and lead that was in front box. Disgusting thing to do. Buyers beware. Weve learnt the hard way by not checking when we picked up
Excellent sales team, Was allowed to browse the caravans for sale without any typical sales hassle. Massive range of caravans for sale, decided on a 2020 swift sprite quattro ew. Collected our new van on friday and already had a great weekend away in it. Emma was fantastic throughout the whole process and handled any questions very professionally. Well done to all at Leisure Caravans Of Durham, i'll be back for servicing and possibly storage when needed
Picked up our caravan on Friday, but even though they'd double booked they still made time to ensure we picked up our caravan on the agreed day. Mark was very friendly and helpful and showed us how everything worked on the caravan. Even though it was well past his finish time we didn't feel rushed and he was more than happy to answer our numerous questions. He had also fixed everything that we'd asked him to do even phoning me for clarification on one point. Would recommend Leisure Caravans.
I bought a caravan here in June and I have to say that the service was excellent from the first point of contact until my departure with my van. I was shown around the van by Mark and he was a mine of information, Emma responded to my texts and calls immediately. First class service. Thank you.
