Beware.. They are con artists. I wish I had read the reviews before buying from them. When I did the test drive, looked at the car and noticed scratches on the bumper. We specifically asked if they would be removed and they said yes. On the day of collection, I checked this over and it looked fine. But later on that day, my husband noticed the scratches on the night. So the scratches were visible only under the light from the headlights. I rang them the next morning and expressed my displeasure and asked them if they would put it right, as agreed prior to the sale. They said they would not be able to do anything as painting the bumper would cut into their profit.I said to them that it clearly is going to affect me monetarily when I come to sell the car. As I mentioned to them I couldn't see the scratches in daylight due to the touch up done, they said, " if you can't see it, the buyer won't be able to make it out either." To this I replied saying, "That's dishonest". They said they had put petrol in to last me 50 miles, but the trip computer said 18 miles. They are smooth talkers who rob you of your hard earned money. I now don't believe a word they say and I'm going to get diagnostics run on the car, including wheel balancing and update this review.
