Shop floor staff are outstanding. Friendly, helpful, and warm, which is more than be said about the store, it was freezing.nDidn't have the colour paint I wanted, except in a tester pot, unfortunately. Member of staff did look for me, too.
Love this bnm staff are really friendly, the ones I've spoken to anyway. The lad on the till with brown hair and glasses is really friendly and has a good natter with you.nOnly down fall is its a drive to get to.
The whole place is so unorganised with stock blocking up the aisles, never enough staff on either at the tills and you end up waiting over 15 minutes to be served by one of two checkout staff. Last time I went in I waited so long I ended up leaving without what I went in for.nnUpdate: Decided to give the shop another go after 10 months of not going in. Its even worse. Stock all over the place and no price labels on many items, plants also need Watering and dead. When you ask the staff they simply cannot be bothered to help. Such a god awful place and so unorganised. I would have thought they would have sorted the store out by now. The staff look like they need to find another job, they look so unhappy which is probably why the store is in such a state. Unbelievable and won't even bother going in again.
It's great to have B&M in Rawtenstall, offering a convenient retail option in the locale. The store is pleasantly large, complete with a garden centre—a welcome addition in the former Focus Household store. I've always found a good selection of items available, and I typically leave with everything I went in for. Whether it's household essentials, garden supplies, or other miscellaneous items.
The staff here are lovely and very helpful. Never have any issues when shopping
