First time at foodie Friday absolutely loved it,all the traders are so friendly and welcoming and obviously working so hard to keep the towns market vibrant and interesting.Great assortment of different stalls all being original , quirky and well made an reasonable in cost.will definitely be visiting again as it so good to see somewhere with originally an any success they having couldn't be well more deserved.visit rawtenstall market you won't be disappointed
A very surprising find , still the normal range of market stalls plus crafts etc but the food to go range is brilliant , not pretentious , pizza especially superb . Brewery next door too. The town is worth a visit , very intetesting mix of arcitecture
The indoor market has all sorts, street food, coffee, butchers, fish mongers, pet shop, jewellery stall, wax melts... You name it, they have it. The outdoor market is very foodie focused with street food vendors and bars which I believe is open late at the weekends as it is the indoor market on the last Friday of every month. We can't wait to revisit in the summer for drinks.
Had a brilliant festive feast at In the Bag. Bangin food and the owner and son were a pleasure. They also own Ground Up who do incredible scran too! Definitely worth a visit and I'll certainly be back!
