I joined in December 2023 and love the place. The coaches are always helpful and always willing to offer help and tips with your movements and skills. The training is varied and follows a clear plan to help you improve. I’m already seeing my own fitness improving really well. On top of that, the people are all great - we all push each other during sessions. If you are interested in getting fitter or want to try CrossFit… this is the place to come.
Started Jan 2024 and never looked back. All the couches are friendly and always happy to spend extra time with individuals to help get the techniques correct.
I absolutely love this place! It's like a second home. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and the facilities are excellent. I have tried lots of different sports and training methods over the years I'm 41, and crossfit is by far the best!
Joined ORE nearly 10 years ago and have never looked back. I’m the fittest & strongest I’ve ever been aswell as having made lifelong friends and met my husband to be! Great facility and equipment, coaches who care and it’s not for profit, a true community! Couldn’t ask for more.
Fantastic people and a great venue to train at. I've been a member for 13 years and the community and support is amazing. Work hard, eat well, rest and do all again the next day.
Great coaching and friendly atmosphere. The gym is really well equipped. Drop in and membership prices are very reasonable
After working out here I'll never go back to a normal gym, the coaching is amazing, and the community they've created and made is something I've never experienced before. Absolutely love it!
