Just had a Asthma check up via an email. First time i have had my check up this way as usually go to see the Nurse. A very good idea, filled a form in online asking various questions about my Asthma, if i had any problems i could contact my nurse. Excellent service & care as always.
I just want say a huge thank you to all the amazing staff and doctors at this practice. It must be a very worrying time to work in a surgery. For the last 11 months during this pandemic you have continued to be professional and still offer a brilliant service. I for one
My experience at Orchard Court Surgery this week was fantastic. Arrived in the car park, rang straight through to reception, who welcomed me in. A very friendly reception team who I could hear answering calls in a lovely manner to patients. A professional and friendly appointment with Dr Saweirs resulting in a referral. Have been with the surgery for 66 years never had a problem great receptionist and doctors
Cannot fault. Caring receptionists, friendly and always willing to help. Phone queries are dealt with efficiently and with individual concern. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you all.
My friends and family can't believe me, when I tell them how wonderful this surgery is, my wife and I have never been looked after better, from very efficient friendly receptionists through to Nurses and Doctors Thank you
Not been long with practice ...but so far in shock with being tret like a person ...Getting to see a doctor without 5 weeks wait ..and 5 rounds with receptionist ...I'm not going any where else ...after the last Doctors I had in Darlington this is heaven ...And the Doctors and staff lovely ..
Totally failed in their healthcare of a relative. Considering a negligence claim.
