I have never had a problem with this practice I have always found the staff helpful and obliging granted it is not always possible to see the doctor of your choice but they usually have managed to arrange an appointment on the desired date.

Feels like sometimes your rushed in appointments, but I did after 5 year get a diagnoses.. Just got to find the best Dr.

Phoned up and asked if we could register and could they see baby as she was very poorly. Was told yes they could do both and a GP will call within 30mins to discuss 9month old. Was told by GP to bring baby straight down and she will see her. We got baby ready and took her down. Once there a woman on front desk complained about us taking baby and not registering, she wouldn't listen that we were going to make a new patient appointment after the baby had been seen (over 5's only need new patient appointment and we were told the dr would see baby as it was an emergency). The woman on the front desk spent 30mins moaning how we took baby. She would not listen to the reasons and just kept saying "you need to see my point of view" All of the time the baby was getting worse with her breathing. At the end we walked out and baby was not seen. We phoned up our practice (which is to far away hence trying to register at Clifton Court) The GP there seen baby within an hour and rushed her straight to hospital. We will be making a formal complaint about this "gp practice" if they never wanted to see the baby they should have said on the phone and not waste 90mins for a sick baby to get treatment. They should be ashamed of themselves.
