Extremely unhelpful and diss interested receptionist Unwilling to help me today. If this was in a smaller practice Or any other service Role other than NHS they would be unemployed. Customerservice skills go along way. Although I have never had a bad experience with any other staff members or face-to-face.

Brilliant doctors but staff and receptionists in particular extremely rude. Was very shocked at how I was spoken to today but made my point clear that I wouldn't stand for it. They are supposed to be polite and supportive to patients but I have been repeatedly spoken to like a piece of dirt. Having worked for a long time in healthcare I know for a fact that there is dire need of interpersonal skills training, being a surgery receptionist does NOT give you the right to get an ego trip over your job and speak to poorly people like they're your verbal punching bag for the day.

I HAVE BEEN AT THIS SURGERY FOR ABOUT 30 YEARS STAFF AND SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING
