After debating for ages whether to go ahead with laser eye surgery, I spoke to Vanessa who talked me through the whole process and made me feel completely at ease! Vanessa was brilliant, she put together a payment plan for me to make sure it was affordable and without a doubt was the best thing I done! I would recommend to anyone! Not only was she professional, she was kind and very understanding! Thank you!

I found all the staff very helpful, friendly and professional. I had a consultation about IOL replacement surgery initially and then was referred to the Manchester clinic for my surgery. I have been very impressed with my surgery and the care I have received. I had a high prescription and had lived with glasses or contact lenses since starting school, I can now see distance better than I have ever done thanks to the staff at Optical Express. Julia Shannon

Always have a fantastic experience at optical express, friendly and helpful staff and very knowledgeable about there products, they put my mind at ease and helped me out by letting my 4 yr old son sit in the chair to experience what it was going to be like for him the following week having a screening for retinoblastoma. Would definitely recommend and will be back in for new glasses soon. Thanks Vanessa and team :-)

Took both children for their eye test here. The staff were welcoming and friendly and put the kids at ease. Both came out happy with their new glasses thank you xx

Optical Express are so personal with their service and attention to customers, nothing is a trouble, wonderful. All opticians and staff are amazing at their jobs and attitude to customer service is exceptional. I have used their services for years and will continue to do so.
