Purchased a coat for my friends birthday, I had to guess her size, as this was the last one in stock, I asked if I could get a refund, I was assured I would. On returning the coat I was only offered a credit, not a full cash refund. I cannot find another suitable present at the store, so now I am unable to buy my friend a present. I don't think this is a fair way to treat older people who rely on businesses to act in a fair way. I won't be using this garden centre again as there are others I can use.what do you think?
Medium sized garden centre with good sized car park & restaurant, all on one level so good for wheelchair access.nHad cake & tea for two, nearly £13 and was ok.nEntrance & exit has deep potholes which is poor & dangerous.nOverall not impressed.
Lovely garden centre plenty of stock great selection of flowers, plants and trees/hedging. The cafe is very good, although a little pricey but service is good. Outdoor seating is very comfortable in sun or shade. Large area for parking and pick up heavy items as well as a huge range of compost, topsoil and decorative stones and chippings.nnWe had a lovely day out and went for Sunday lunch at one of the nearby very well rated pubs. Got what we needed and some great ideas for our garden.
Nice place, good range of items. Lots of Xmas themed items at present with a huge range of decorations and gifts. Good range of plants and outdoor items. Very nice cafe with lots of seating. Highly recommended
Great range, especially Christmas fare. Lovely cafe with options for food allergies. We visit regularly.
