Hit the little Tesco next the rough part af Battle Hill just before. Thought I might of bumped into Arran but 2nd prize seen Cocaz Instead . Five star service from the man . Handed him a pack of Tena for men, albeit the pouches we're a little small ‍ but asked the price and without any discrimination he was going to leave shelf stacking for my price. Top man
This Tesco has an Evri parcel shop so you can leave your trade parcels when sending to your customers. But most of the time there is no one to serve you, because there's no staff trained, or their scan machine is not turned on, and they ask you to wait until the whole thing reboots. I'm here now at 2 pm and they haven't turned on the scanning machine yet. Generally not recommended this shop for nothing, shopping or otherwise. Badly managed, dirty, smelly, bad customer service. Staff seems not informed and they don't know what they are doing and making me feel unwelcome.
Ordered on whoosh at 9pm, no updates until 10:45 to say it’s on its way, delivery driver makes it to our street, before vanishing back to the store. Called the store to query what was going on, justifiably, store assistant answered the phone with an appalling attitude from the get go. No apology, no attempt at service, “well he’s here now so he won’t be long”. Given up on customer service have we? Appalling.
Followed down every isle by an extremely rude security guard 07/11/23 as I was the only person in the shop. He then watched me paying for my items. He was so close that I had to shield my PIN code. I’m a professional 35 year old and had my son with me who was very worried and told me afterwards that the security guard scared him. Perhaps they need some additional training.
