Their products are excellent. Tasty, good quality but a bit pricey. The STAFF IS HORRIBLE!!! They should have a serious conversation with them. Today I left the shop nearly crying. They talked to me in a very rude way and this is not the first time. There was one time when my elderly dad was with me and the dark hair lady nearly shouted with us. We just tried to ask for some of their meat products. I am very disappointed.
Best customer service, all staff members are very helpful and friendly. I visit this shop almost everyday as it is close to my workplace and they have a lot of products to chose from. I do feel sorry for the staff members as sometimes the customers can be quite challenging however they always deal with each situation professionally. I would say this is the best polish shop in the Waltham Cross area !!!
Poor customer service, rude staff but good produce
Polish Market in town Market Square. Great choice of different kind of products from diary produsts, to alcohol. Nice and easy, friend stuff. Everyone will find something to buy. Pricess not too bad.
why this store closes at 20-00 Monday if on schedule it should close at 21-00? I'm very disappointment!!! Poor services!!!
Amazing customer service !
Serving staff is not very open and friendly towards other nationalities. I like to try and explore different foods and I didn't find the staff very helpful I was treated like an intruder instead.
Great customer service
Shop is a bit small but you can find continental and polish food at reasonable prices.
It's a nice little clean delicatessen store. Recommend evryone who loves to try Eastern food.
