Really bad customer service. Try to bring it back my laptop. They refuse to take it. Instead of this they give me a tell number to Acer to get from them a reference number so they could do refund. When I've obtained this ref nr they still refuse to do refund. What a shity customer service!!! I went to Watford branch and they give me my refund in 2 min.

this is worst store ever i seen, specially store manager steve. i bought 2 days back one item, i have days warranty and i won't take back. because of egoistic person. i never suggest this store anyone
