Ordered some sale garden ornaments online. Quick response with the message to pick up goods. Went quite early, excellent customer service. Bought an additional item in store which also happened to be reduced so a very happy customer. The sales assistant even got me a trolley to wheel out my goods.

Overall nice place just that all the time I think that they have a little bit bigger prices than other shops with the same range of products.
New Homebase at the back of the original shop, very small and compact has limited stock and range of products, I assume you can click and collect. If you are near Harlow Homebase, this is better.
Convenient shop to buy stuff for your house and garden. Plenty of parking too so no stress how to load your car etc.
