I ordered some lovely Leili Kelly shoes for my daughter to be flower girl and they arrived in 2 days beautifully presented and my daughter was delighted by them as well as myself. I ordered a mayoral shoes which I needed urgently, i recieved them faulty. I called them at 9:35am, I was waiting on the phone for someone to answer for 45mins, then gave up, called again 12:30pm and was on the phone for 1hr 36mins, gave up. Spoke to store, no manager available. They can't help. Am travelling tomorrow and they can't do anything. Awful service.

I’ve been shopping with Panache for 17 years, since my son was a baby, I now buy for my daughter and always find the service is reliable. Lovely quality goods and friendly staff. Always my first port of call when looking for my children and I highly recommend Panache Kids to family and friends.

Panache kids are so unprofessional. I contacted them regarding some shoes that my daughter has had for two months which have started coming apart. 
 The rude member of staff Melanie called me a liar via email and told me my daughter had been wearing the shoes to school and to play out in. 
To say I’m fuming is an understatement. 
I will never ever order another item from this company again. 
The attitude & lack of customer service which I have received is shocking. 
They don’t mind taking your money but won’t help resolve any problems.

Nice kids clothes. Very "bling mum" type clothes and expensive for many items.
