I had arranged over the week with Oldfield's auto keeping in touch with them to arrange a car viewing for a particular car. Even confirmed the night before that I would be traveling up the following morningover 200 miles round trip when I got there they had already sold it. Fuming poor customer care. No apologies whatsoever for the inconvenience

Excellent service!  Bought a car from here about a month ago. Needed my flat tyre fixed today asap as needed for work. Everyone I spoke to were extremely helpful.  Someone came to my house, took my car away and got it fixed! Fixed very quickly!  Would 100% recommend to anyone!  Katie

Bought a car from Peter and his amazing team last weekend! Great customer service from start to finish. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. Very knowledgeable and great advice on the cars available.

No pushy sales, but no room to haggle on price either. Cars are really expensive right now!  Owner included an MOT and full service, was advised a full valet would be done, but wasn't was very clean though salesperson Ben was really helpful, listened to what I wanted and actually showed me a car better than I was looking for, and I am very happy with my purchase!

Bought a car for my daughter from here and the service was excellent. Had an issue that took a couple of return visits to resolve, but was dealt with without quibble. Car was a good deal, in fantastic condition, and the daughter loves it.

Very rude, I went in wanting to look at a new car only to be ignored by the staff for 15 minutes, this was because they where dealing with another customer which is fine but when they went off for a test drive the staff member still ignored me went into the office and sat down, it took me going up to him and asking about the car for him to even acknowledge my existence. After that he constantly made remarks implying I wasn't actually interested in buying a car. Also refused to let me go on a test drive unless I pay a deposit and am %100 going to buy it which I wouldn't be sure of unless I test drove it.  Very rude member of staff and I won't ever be buying off them.

Bought a used car from Oldfields just before Xmas. Was delighted with the service - staff were very helpful and accommodating - even offering to stay late so I could pick the car up after work. I also had a couple of issues after buying, all of which have been sorted out for me free of charge. I can thoroughly recommend this garage!
