Terrible customer service. They seem to have a very strange business model in which they would rather guarantee losing your custom for good than take 30 seconds to provide you with a piece of information that MAY cost them a sale. Not only did the salesman flat out refuse to answer a simple question about a part for my car, he took longer to try to convince me I shouldn't even be asking the question than it would have taken to give me the answer

I have always used this dealership whenever I have owned a Toyota, I recently purchased a Verso and had a couple of niggles which they sorted instantly, the staff make you feel very welcome, Dave on service knows all you will ever need to know, all in all its fantastic.

Salesman came over quite quickly. We enquired about a few cars and the space in the back of a Yaris and what we were looking for. Salesman went to get the car key to let me sit in the back. He came back with key and some other people who had been looking round. I got in the back checking room. A woman the salesman had been talking to got in the front. Positioning the front seat. The woman and the man she was with starting talking to the salesman. Salesman politely asked us if we would like to wait in the waiting room while he dealt with the other people. Sat in waiting room  for a bit then thought no why should we. We then left.

We had been talking to the salesman first he should have told the other couple he was seeing to us. Will go elsewhere. Only went to Southport as we were told they were really good. Not in our experience.

Great staff, great service, great cars, the service staff are very helpful and friendly, there are complimentary hot drinks while waiting or while looking around, I did not receive any pressure sales tactics, it is very easy to order parts the staff even come to the car to make sure you order exactly the right thing, it felt like world class service while I was there, I'm hesitant to add there where customers recieving a lesser level of service while I was there who where called to come in for a repair to be told they did not have parts and the advisor blamed the call center, personally I can not stand staff who do not take ownership for a customer issue.

From our experience the people at Johnson's Toyota Southport go out on a limb to be helpful and polite. Use them frequently and they get 11/10 from us. Well done.
