Bought a BMW 520d over the phone in July 2017.Didn't even look at the car as I trusted Carl's word. Had a good part ex deal, even brought the car down to me. All paperwork was done already when arrived with the car and took my old car back with them. Exellent service and trustworthy. Definitely would buy another car off them in the future.

I bought a BMW 3 series back in August. I was told a small deposit will hold the car until I could view it. The deposit was never even taken, but they still held the car for me! Upon arriving at a small but smart pitch with s lot of upmarket cars,  I was shown the car, which had been very accurately described, and I am fussy! I took the car for a test drive and agreed to buy on condition a couple of minor things were done. These were done along with a new MOT , service and full valet. The car was great however, after a couple of weeks an intermittent knocking noise appeared! Once diagnosed as a faulty steering rack, the guys at Autobay arranged the repair under warranty with no quibbling! This was an expensive repair too! 
I think you only find out how good a dealer is when things go wrong. Carl, Ben, Tim, Adam and the rest of the small but friendly team always phoned when they said they would and even provided a courtesy car while mine was being repaired! I will definitely look at Autobay for my next car and have already recommended to friends.

Great to deal with. I have sold my last four cars to Ben. He is fair and extremely honest chap. Which is a breath of fresh air in an industry that is not known for its honest characters. He has become my go to guy for buying and selling. I am very happy to endorse him and his company. I have been meaning to do this review for over a year now as it’s long over due. I sold him another car earlier this week and he was a pleasure to deal with once again.  He gave me a better price than We Buy Any Car and the speed of the transaction was fast and painless. I wish him and his team all the best and I am genuinely thankful of the good service. Thankyou and good luck.

My wife just bought a beautiful z4 BMW, excellent customer care,  polite courteous, cars ready to view, none of the usual patronising sales bull you get with most car dealers, went above and beyond the norm to ensure the car was just right for her, no hesitation recommending this company,  we even got a very fair price for the trade in.
