Great cinema venue...as most tickets are only £8. You can get discounts for various concession groups too. Book early ( best to go on their website) as tickets sell out very quickly and it only has a small capacity. Cafe staff are lovely...so friendly and cheerful. Can take in the drinks, cakes etc you buy. Disabled toilet and lift to first floor.( where everything is!)

Simply delightful, a small and intimate cinema situated on the top floor of this historic landmark. Comfortable seating & great sound too make the Old Market Hall a credit to Shrewsbury, a lovely little  venue which even includes it's own cosy lounge area (reasonably priced!) where you can relax & grab a snack or beverage (inc Alcohol) prior to entry in to the theatre. You are even allowed to take your food drinks in the theatre with you. It's so refreshing to see the building being put to such good community use. A job well done.

I am physically disabled with Rheumatoid Arthritis & Osteoporosis and have to rely on my wheelchair when going out.I was contacted yesterday by OMH to say that the lift was 'out of order' & that staff would assist me today when my husband & I came to watch 'The Darkest Hour'. Consequently I was 'armed' gently up the stairs by two lovely ladies who were so kind and couldn't do enough for me. Thank you so very much all of you, it is good to know that there are some caring people around.

Lovely town centre location for coffee & cakes or wine & a snack. The building is beautifully restored and worth a visit in its own right. The cinema's intimate and usually very busy, but beware the double seats unless you take your own cushions!

Amazing place to take in a snack, watch a film in a nice sized auditorium. Be sure to book early to get the 'cuddle' chairs. You can even your favourite tipple to top it off. Love this place to watch films
