The Odeon Luxe cinema complex in Telford is one of the best around in Shropshire. We were there for the opening of the new Jurassic Park "Dominion" as my best friend has the No.22 Jurassic Park Jeep used in the very first one and was asked to come over to exhibit No.22 at the entrance...along with the Explorer too. "Blue" the raptor/Velociraptor trained by Owen Grady along with Baby T-Rex were also present interacting with the families and children that were attending the first day opening of the Jurassic Park's latest film . It was an absolute delight and pleasure to have been part of this special evening for the Odeon Luxe Cinema here in Telford. A big thank you and shout out to all the great staff and management present on this special evening and for making our participation of it a most wonderful and memorable experience!
Even though it can get pricey in there.. with approx £15 a ticket, and a large drink costing approx £5... It does have a good atmosphere. Friendly staff and comfortable reclining seats in the auditorium.
Super comfortable cinema with some good food options. Cool that they do pizza, dont see that often! The seats are comfortable recliners with little tables and lots of space. Not many seats per screen so it's quite relaxed. The tickets are expensive though, you're definitely paying for the extra little comforts with this one.
Extremely disappointed with the Hot Dogs cinema snack, soggy soft, it was obvious they were jar hot dogs and virtually no taste at all. For the price of hot dogs we expected much better. However the Isense screen 6 and recliner chairs were top notch.
I grew up with Odeon but during my teens moved more towards Vue, same price but found the seats, screens and value to just surpass Odeon, but since the renovation in Telford combined with the Odeon Pass I never visit the Vue anymore. Amazing value for money, seats are great, Screen size is perfect and each room feels big enough but also cosy. The staff are all friendly and polite and the stands for food and drinks is second to none. The pass is really good I always find myself getting more value than I pay for each month, I find myself watching the same film a few times day if family, partner and friends want to go. The discount on the stands makes it well worth it and the ease of use of the app is amazing.
Must more expensive than other cinemas. Ended up on the front row. Which really isn’t fit for purpose. I have perfect vision and it was very hard to watch the action scenes. Why have a row of seats where it’s not the same experience as the rest.
Used to use Cineworld but recently went back to Odeon. So glad I did, the staff are far more polite, the choice of food and drink better and the whole experience much nicer. Telford have surpassed what I expected, well done and thank you
Decent cinema once you can actually get in they open the doors about 5 mins before the films starts then you have the mad rush of getting your ticket finding the screen and getting your seat wouldn't recommend
Comfy reclining chairs and plenty of room to get in and out. Use ur phone torch if its a tad dark when u first go in to get to ur seat.
Superb cinema, really comfy seats, excellent service at the counter. Also has a Costa coffee with plenty of seats. Loads of parking spaces, although you do have to pay to park. Excellent experience all round. The screen and sound quality is amazing, my first time in a Luxe cinema but won't be the last.
