i was served by Elise and it was the best staff interaction i have ever had, it seemed that she really enjoyed her job!!ni was very indecisive about all the flavours so she let me try a few, and even recommended some.nshe really took her time with explaining the flavours and what was in each ice cream, so i ended up getting a double tub with Beach Sunset and America’s Birthday Cake.nCineworld definitely needs to recognise her brilliant customer interaction!!
Given that cinemas are struggling and failing you would expect some common sense from management. To turn away a parent and teen from a movie because the teen didn't have photo ID is just blatant idiocy, the manager seemed to enjoy destroying a happy weekend hiding behind a feeble rule. If she was on her own I wouldn't question it, but when with a parent, you have no right to question the parent.
Love this place...the only thing is the ladies toilets..the tap basin water doesn't switch off after washing hands...must waste so much with water running until someone pulls the tap up to stop it. The taps are faulty.
Went to a screening of a live broadcast of the Marriage of Figaro from the Royal Opera House. The screening was completely wrecked by the loud base rumbling coming from the adjacent screen. The complex is not fit for purpose and I shall not go again.
It's a little bit dated and seats are poorly lit . The price of the popcorn was insanely high! I appreciate that snacks in cinemas are quite highly priced but £5.80 for a SMALL seems outrageous.
