Staff were so friendly and fun!! Great cinema, spotlessly clean. Comfy chairs and decent price drinks etc.
I had tried to book tickets online but was glitchy throughout despite several attempts. I then bought tickets via the machine at Cineworld itself. The film experience was ok, it was not totally dark after the film started which was off-putting as I was right under a dimmed light. The sound was superb though noticed only about ten other people watching the movie, which shows the impact that home cinema is having on the industry. I also paid a tenner which is now too expensive so I will not be making a habit of it. An ok experience.
Seats are set out that you are all at the same level so if you have someone tall in front you have little chance of getting a good, comfortable view. So many folks munching their way through the film I know that is what you want to increase profits. And what a waste the food voucher is on Cineworld +. If you dislike nachos, popcorn and hotdogs you can't change it for anything else. Just a simple cup of tea would be better but of course you want more income. Film was good.
Perfect place to hide out for an hour or two during a heatwave! Great movie, comfy seats, well priced, air con! Also big thanks to the staff member who noticed I'd dropped my necklace and chased after me to return it
Came here to watch Elvis. The film was very good. But having to sit for nearly 2.5 hour's on those seats with limited leg room was uncomfortable. Especially awkward, was when people needed to get past you on the row. No space to get past at all! Best to bring your own drinks and sweets, it's limited here and pricey.
Staff are ace. Always helpful shame prices aren't helpful in today's climate
Kind staffs and good facilities. Only place in Shrewsbury to sell Baskin Robbins ice cream.
Staff are friendly. Good variety of films. On-site parking.
Cinema is starting to show its age, we were in screen 1 and padding in the seats is shot, also had someone walk in 3/4 through the film trying to find seats for another film. Seems gone are the days of someone by the screen door telling you where you're seats are. I would take a fluffy coat to sit on and try pad up your seat!
I take my boys went cinema for father day spend with my boys as no subtitles in cinema but what different last week Sunday have subtitles and today is father day havent subtitles not fair for my day with boys went there. It not respect reason I’m deaf. Thank you
