i was served by Elise and it was the best staff interaction i have ever had, it seemed that she really enjoyed her job!!ni was very indecisive about all the flavours so she let me try a few, and even recommended some.nshe really took her time with explaining the flavours and what was in each ice cream, so i ended up getting a double tub with Beach Sunset and America’s Birthday Cake.nCineworld definitely needs to recognise her brilliant customer interaction!!
The cinema is outdated. It doesn't justify the price of the tickets when you're seating in very uncomfortable seats. Toilets are also in need of a change.nStaff is polite.
Unfortunately we were unlucky as we booked to see Moana 2 with my partner and two children. but it came about the viewing would be on the same day we recent national weather warnings. Still we try to attend on the day but unfortunately could not get to the theatre due to trees blocking the roads and floods. Cineworld website states they have a policy of cancelling at least 2hours prior to the movie time, so I was trying to call them because I still had time to do this as I do not live local to the theatre and had arranged to pick up the children first prior to watching the movie, but couldn’t find a number to speak to anyone having looked extensively. They make it extremely difficult to cancel. I sent an email in the end when I got home but unfortunately the time elapsed but I explained the situation, due to it not being my fault and exceptional circumstances. I would have thought they would be considerate and understanding of the situation and let us rearrange for another date, I wasn’t even asking for a refund! So that’s just under £50 wasted, in this climate with a family etc that’s a lot of money to go to waste. I shall not be using cineworld again.
This cinema would be a 5 star rating if I didn’t have any legs, just watched a larger woman collapse into her chair Almost crushing the persons legs behind her. Need recliner and more room
A good ambience, clean and welcoming.nThe staff are polite and helpful.nThe seats were comfy and clean.
