I had a great experience in this post office!!! The staffs were so polite and customer friendly! I was waiting for a so long and the manager Stewart volunteered himself to help me to get my brp!!
I came today to pick up my parcel from Zara. The guy from Post was rude. He told me there is no parcel and he said it must be in Whitechapel. He also said he did not find my surname on his papers and he gave me to check. I literally was on the first page! Why should I do his job?! And I guess if I would not ask to search more he will not search at all! It’s unacceptable.
Post arrived at 13:40pm and post office closed at 2pm without prior notice. I have to came all the way there just to realize its closed :
Super friendly and helpful. "Hi, how are you today?", "Did you remember to pick up your receipt?"... Really nice people!

HORRIBLE staff. I felt I was being discriminated. I came to the post office today to send back a parcel. While I was queuing behind a lady, a man cut in the line and claimed that he was before me. Even though the woman at the counter witnessed the whole process, she not only did nothing to help but even went directly to serve that man with smile and then rudely asked me to stand back. I think I was being racially discriminated, otherwise why would that woman serve that man who has the same ethnicity with her with patience and smile even though he’s the one who cut the line while treat me rudely.
Staff got no idea what they do, obviously they haven't had any training and they try to learn everything while they are working. But customers are not your "try and learn hamsters" and we pay for the services thats not for free. Always end up with wasting time and being annoyed + they miss packages so often. When you try to ask for compensation its impossible to reach someone at customer service. So im not using any Royal Mail services anymore, they lost me i used to pay over 10k£ to Royal Mail's delivery services annually thankfully Hermes and the other companies existed against Royal Mail's monopoly.
Not sure how anyone can leave a negative review on this post office. All the staff are friendly, the service is impeccable and hardly have to wait at all. Its a big post office with a good ticket system. I even pay the congestion charges just to drive to this post office when i go x2 a week as other post offices that are closer just are not good at all in regards to service and queues. Highly recommend
I try to retrieve a parcel during my lunch break and they don't give it to me just because was at my brother name no matter if the last name is the same or that I have the qr code or even that me and my brother live in the same appartment I just lose my time thank you
Big thank you to Kamila. She was very kind and extremely helpful. She gave plenty of information on each postage service and breakdown of costs. Made the experience very straight forward.
