Friendly people and nice modern screens to help drop offs and quick service.

Posted a few items here, staff are friendly and patient in my experience. It is extremely busy. I have had success getting through the queues relatively quickly and posting important parcels. It would benefit from some refurbishment and more sign posting for queues for its various services. You can also get Asian take away food here.

They charge you for some services they are not able to provide, while being rude, lazy and mysteriously unable to provide for refunding money they should give you back. Worst customer service ever.

Such unhelpful staff, it beggars belief!

Great food for a reasonable price and conveniently situated at the cross-point of many offices. I hope the diverse business continues to thrive throughout the pandemic and cannot wait to be back!

Very busy around lunch time. The self service machines are in front of the queues, so after you finish you have to turn back around and squeeze through everyone waiting. It is a very poorly designed space that needs a better exit route so that people can move about easier.

Reading the 1 star reviews I was apprehensive to visit but it turned out to be best experience ever. I didn't have to wait at all to visit one of the self service kiosk and post my letter. It was around 12.30 which I thought will be busy time due to lunch hour.
