I went to the post office today to send off over 60 parcels to international clients & Haseeb was the most helpful and efficient member I have dealt with when it comes to posting mail. Thank you so much for your assistance, you made the experience a lot less painful!
Visited this post office today. Apart from the fact that everything was so organised, the staff service was the most impressive. Polite, humble, efficient and very professional. I was served by the manager, Meera at the business counter. She had a very sound knowledge about my query & helped me to great extent. Out of curiosity had also enquired about the new king bills, & she immediately helped with the new notes. It's rare to see great customer service & when you have such examples in the senior roles, it reflects on the whole team. Given how busy this post office is, the fact the she heard me out with absolute patience & helped me with the new bills which I couldn't fine elsewhere, I am sure why people choose this PO. I'd highly recommend thIs PO and if you are lucky, get yourself served by Meera, she's a PRO.
I’ve never experienced such rude and unwelcoming service in a post office. All I did was return a few parcels which I thought would just be simple. Don’t have to communicate much, but wow was the woman just PURE RUDE. I always give people the benefit of the doubt when having horrible experiences as some people may be having a bad day and that’s ok. But How can you have a conversation about a customer who’s standing right in front of you to another member of staff and start laughing? Sorry but I just walked in and wanted to return a few parcels. Seeing as this post office is in the city you’d think she’d have more of a professional attitude and try not to make people feel as if they’re beneath you.
Staff are extremely unhelpful. The man with the beard on the left is always trying to give customers a hard time. My parcel was 5 grams over equivalent to a teaspoon of sugar, they would not let me post it, even though they did so the time before, took the exact same parcel to City of London post office and there was no issue at all. If you want to post something, go to the City of London post office. Staff are much friendlier and helpful
Very long queues in the morning and they don’t turn on any self scan machines. Extremely rude staff member called Ayesha. Ignores customers and unwilling to help
Can’t believe I’m reviewing a post office lol but I have to say this was the most pleasant experience I’ve had at any post office. The ladies were so kind who work here, i had to visit twice in one day to do a passport renewal and they were so helpful, patient and nice.
The only post office I know where the service has been reliable. I travel six miles to use it as my local ones are so terrible.
Went to this post office this evening to send a return. The lady sitting on the left hand side was not very welcoming as she kept looking and smiling at someone else behind me when she was dealing with my parcel. She didn't look at me at all and it felt like she was ignoring me. Quite rude to be honest. I didn't expect her to be cheerful while serving customers but she should respect customers more.
Haseeb was of the greatest help! I highly recommend him and commend him to his seniors. Thank you very much Haseeb for all your help with a very important delivery!
Meera was really helpful with my query and helped me resolving a problem that I was experiencing. She took the time to explain me the process and what she could do to help. All the staff is very lovely. I visited before to deliver a parcel to UK and to Italy and the gentleman at the counter assisted me throughout the process
