Wonderful customer service! Helped me understand what needs urgent attention and what to keep an eye on. Was open before the opening time and as I don't work in Milton Keynes they were there past their closing time.

My car developed an electrical fault and the VW garage up the road said the soonest they could look at it was two weeks!! I called this garage at 3.30pm and they squeezed my car in the same day for a diagnostic, before fixing the fault in full by the following morning. So they had seen my car twice in less than 24 hours and fixed the fault. 

If thats not good I dont know what is!

Gone downhill.  No longer doing mot in-house.  This is not mentioned when booking over phone.  Did not see any of the old mechanics there when I visited.  Owner would appear to have sold most of business to some eastern Europeans.

Always great service at the OK.

They were busy today but fitted me in to replace a suspension coil, as they know I need my vehicle for work.
Every time I go there, they do a good job.
