Another garage couldn’t loosen the locking-nuts to get my wheels off for the tyres to be changed. I popped into Mr Clutch and the guys were really helpful and managed to loosen the locking-nuts. Also they didn’t even charge for their time. A big thank you guys.

If you care about your car, this is not the place for you 100%!!!!They offer slightly better prices but the headache costed me a lot more.  The worst experience ever! Booked for general service, they couldn't start my car so they dropped it at Perry's with damages. Was without the car for 1 month instead of 3 h. They even broke the battery tray of the car and pretended that they don't know anything about it! It was very unpleasant to deal with Chris ( workshop manager), who is just simply running away from responsibilities. STAY WELL CLEAR from Mr. Clutch!

Worst experience of a garage ever, had new clutch fitted, told I then needed a new gear box, turned out they had actually fitted the wrong clutch, they then fitted the right clutch but car had severe judder, took it back but they said they couldn't fit it in for 2 days (I'm a driving instructor and was left without a working vehicle), took it somewhere else to be looked at and turns our they had destroyed the inside of my car, things snapped off and held on with cable ties etc, cost to Mr Clutch was £440 then spent another £722 having everything put right at another garage which took a week leaving me with a total loss of earnings of £800.... one trip to this garage ended up costing me a grand total of £2000, steer clear!!!!

Bought the groupon voucher for air con recharge and anti bacterial treatment. It worked better for a couple days then air con wasn't as cold anymore. Went to another place who's machine had information on how much gas was retrieved and it was 15% less (100g) of refridgerant than what was supposed to be. Makes me think mr clutch didn't do it properly in the first place. The system does not have any leaks either.
