I didn't have an appointment but I desperately needed some help with my car today. So I just popped in to see if anyone could help me out. Unfortunately I don't know the name of the guy, (tall, dark bearded) but I feel I have to mention how helpful he was and fixed my car in no time. I am really grateful for him!

Rude, unhelpful and deliberately ignored my calls - There's far better garages to be dealing with.

I tried to book in my car for brakes and he quoted two prices, the latter including a part that no-one else had quoted for and wasn't necessary for a previous pad change.

Because of this, he insisted that I had to drop my car off and they would then see what parts were needed before ordering.

When asked if it's possible to pay and order for the parts in advance he got all defensive 'You can sit and wait but it could be one hour it could be 5 hours

The point where I called back to cancel my booking was after he deliberately ignored my calls - I called 4 times where it rung out, called off my work phone and he instantly picked up.

If his customer service on the phone is anything to go by I would avoid like the plague.

Promptly managed to book in with a different garage who were able to order the parts in advance, book me in 2 days in advance AND offer cheaper as a while you wait.

the job was done quiet fast, just one thing - if I'am failing on MOT don't charge me again for re-test. Most of the dealership suggesting free re-test. Overall good job guys

Had a knocking sound emanating from rear passenger side under the car. Problem was diagnosed and rectified very quickly. Very polite staff and super service with reasonable bills
