Give a free 15 minute Diagnostic to work out any base issues (i.e. Engine Lights/Faults) without the need to guarantee future work. Came back when multiple parts of my car began to fail. The person handling my car, Rob, Rang me at each stage of the process, ensuring work did not go ahead unless I agreed to it - I found no unrelated objects on my bill other than those required and agreed.

I had quite a bit of work done, and the price was fair for what was completed. As it was Christmas time, they also gave a card and a Christmas present - can't say fairer than that in terms of hospitality!

I'll look to them in the future for my MOT/service, I feel I have been treated fairly and with respect.

Had my car MOT here- excellent and friendly service from Rob! And all the rest of the staff were very welcoming despite me coming straight from the yard smelling of horse- highly recommended!

The day I contacted them by email they said why don't you pop in so that is what I did. That was my first mistake. Despite there were about 5 men in the reception area eating donuts one asked me to sit down and I asked him for a price for a stainless steel exhaust. He had someone come and take the car in the garage and eventually he returned and stated we cannot give you a price at the moment but assured me they would contact by close of business with the price. The following day I telephoned and the man who answered said he did not know anything about it but would find out and ring me back. That call came late afternoon and when given I said you do know it is for a stainless steel exhaust, he replied "WE DON'T DO STAINLESS STEEL AND WHAT WOULD YOU WANT ONE OF THOSE FOR" What a complete and utter shambles not to mention a waste of my time. I will NEVER take a vehicle to them again.

My car was dropped off to this garage on a Wednesday night with the key dropped through the door.  They rang on Thursday first thing to say they would be carrying out some diagnostic tests that morning which would take 1.5 hours. I spoke with Lee throughout this experience. By Friday morning still no results were available. Lee changed his story a number of times and lied. We e eventually picked up the car on Saturday sue to sheer frustration.  They over promise and under deliver. NOT TRUSTWORTHY.
