What a tremendous medieval building. Ellie I think was her name, she was disobliging when asked to be seated on an end in row G she placed us in the middle on row E and was uncivil. The screen was smaller and for some of the screening I could hear another movie playing. I think including the 20% vat it is now a bit over priced. This cinema wouldn't be my first choice of ones to go to.
We went yesterday 17/12/2022 with family for Avatar 3:15 movie + advertsbar ladies were very friendly. We were in screen number 3 and was very cold I left after 1,5 hours because I have already flu. I needed to leave my Mom, Sister and Nephew because was too cold. I came from London to visit my family for the weekend and have great time before Christmas. I am very disappointed - my whole family was cold. We don’t recommend to go to these cinema if you want to feel comfortable and warm for over 3 hours movie
Was in screen 1, huge room but tiny screen. Sound was ok, as were seats but we were literally sat30m away from the screen. Might as well just watch TV at home tbh.
Worst cinema I’ve been to in my life, awful seating, tiny screen. No wonder it was empty on the day Black Adam released.
Awesome place to watch a movie and awesome building all round. All screens are so awesome & can't wait to book in more films later on. All staff are really polite and friendly yeah best cinema ever. Had a fantastic day is well I will definitely visit again. Update 2/1/23 Avatar 2: The Way Of Water in 3D is Awesome. Still an awesome place to watch a Movie.
Went to watch Avitar in 3 d Complained to staff before it started that picture was too dark. Nothing done and when we put on glasses it was much darker. Film was spoilt because we could not see details properly. Total waste of money. Suggest you go and watch St another cinema.
Film was good, Whitney. Staff member was personable, seats comfy but started getting uncomfortable by the end.
This cinema is fantastic .its Medieval an u must go see the inside of this amazing cinema .a hidden treasure in the heart of Salisbury
Comfortable seats, acceptable display quality, sound good, friendly staff all in a historic building. One issue in screen 2 is the ceiling spot light that is in your eyes, it would be so easy to fix this but despite comments they haven't
A very unusual cinema and not what one would expect. A must to visit because of the truly amazing architecture. The building is medieval with many original features. The cinema has all the usual features of ice cream sweets and drinks. The screens are large with very comfy seats. The main screen is within the medieval building so again a unique atmosphere and architecture. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
