Good location with plenty of parking right outside. 3 hours free parking but you need a parking ticket. Cinema prices are higher than Frome cinema, however you are pay for better sound, bigger screen etc. all the latest films are shown here.
Premier seats are he way to go. Enough leg room and reasonable for comfort. Didn't buy food or drink so can't comment.
Watched latest Avatar movie in 3D! Excellent , 3D not overdone , very realistic , enjoyed this watery visit to Pandora!
Nice place clean etc, way overpriced refreshments as usual in a Odeon cinema. There are dead pixels that I've noticed on 2 different screens so far and when I went to see a film in 3D the first 15 minutes of the movie was ruined because of a fault with the projector, which was fixed, but the movie wasn't restarted from the beginning which wouldn't have caused too much problems and as well as that we weren't given an apology or explanation and weren't offered any kind of reparations. It wouldn't have been too much to ask to be given a free drink or popcorn by way of acknowledgement of their mistake and apology. Apart from this I can't complain too much i guess,though the staff do seem to be untrained at times, it feels like the place is run by school children some days. If there was the option of a choice of cinemas in town I feel like I'd chose elsewhere...sorry guys, I'm a bit underwhelmed with the service
Fantastic venue. Great staff. Ticket prices are not too bad, especially if you can go in the afternoon. As with most cinemas, the cost of the snacks is crazy, and the size of some of the drinks are enough to fill an Olympic sized swimming pool. Will be back
Very lovely place to go on a date or any other special occasion to watch a movie it's good prices too brilliant
This is a bit of an odd one. Visited last minute, and purchased alot of food for the family and myself. The husband and I both had Nachos. Mine had a very very unusual taste to them, but onnce dipped in something it was masked. However once finished there was a very chemically after taste which actually made me vomit as we left the theater and all the way home. I did speak to staff and was offered a refund and I declined. I didn't want to be complaining, but mentioning it incase it is a batch problem, as it was clear it wasn't through staff error and infact they were very kind. The lost star is purely the food.
Nice cinema surrounded by a park, good restaurants, hotel, and coffee shops.
Having to to deal with an incompetent and rude manger when you go out to have a good time is the last thing one needs. But if you’re unlucky enough, this is exactly what happens to you if you choose to visit the Trowbridge branch. You would think that in times of dwindling visitor numbers, there would be more focus on customer service, but not here. Fortunately there are plenty of other independent cinemas around.
This used to be a good cinema with friendly staff. Very nasty, new management is acting unprofessionally harming the reputation of this company. Head office needs to step in.
