Nice little variety of films. Has 2 lifts. Or you can walk up the stairs which is a bit of a distance. Good for the heart. Popcorn has changed barely has any flavour to my own opinion. I usually get a few bits from asda right next door then take it inside the cinema with me.
Not one to look at from the outside but the usual high standard from Odeon once inside. Easy parking with great access to the cinema.
Visited with my family on a Friday night. We chose a later time of 8.15pm due to availability. Quiet with no ques. £44 for back row seats for four of us. The screen room was clean but extremely warm. It could have been done with being a few degrees cooler. On the way out there was not one staff member in sight. It was like we were they past opening hours. Anyway, standard visit, watched filmed and left. We brought four drinks there at over £16. Very expensive. Took out own popcorn.
Although it's not good for business, I've never watched a film here that has more than 10 people in the cinema. Staff are really friendly and helpful, but the snacks / drink are a little overpriced.
Terrible experience at Odeon Andover..nnWe took the children to watch the new trolls film. The showing was on screen five and it has to be the worst cinema experience we have ever had.nnTo start with the whole room stunk of cigarette smokeour clothes still reek two hours later, the floor was dirty with old popcorn littered down the isles and to top it off for a children’s film our children aged 4 &6 could hardly see over the seats in front. Even after popping them on a booster seat, they couldn’t see.nnI went up to ask if we could be moved and was able to sit at the front. I complained about the smoke, to which the staff at the counter laughed and said it was people smoking out side.nnA few minutes later a staff member came down to screen five and sprayed an unbelievable strong air fresherwhich was horrible. This only lasted a few minutes before the smell of cigarette smoke came back.nnTerrible experience at Andover Odeon, if I could leave zero stars I would!
