A great upgrade with the recliners which are electric and let you get more comfortable. Not all the screens are huge here and I don't know how you can check before you book a ticket. I guess the I sense is the biggest but overall a good cinema
When you get a report that 3 girls were chatting loudly and all on phones, don't just come in and stand there for 5 mins and leave again. See it through and throw them out, or stay there to make sure they stop. And clean the toilets a little more often.
One of the comfortable recliner armchair seating Cinemas with excellent projection clarity and sound systems which are designed for impact! Access is easy with plenty of parking outside and disabled facilities in the auditorium. There is a wide range of snacks and drinks available however they are a bit pricey. Booking can easily be done on-line but it helps if you are familiar with the auditorium layout if you are disabled. The staff are very helpful and friendly so I recommend a visit to this local attraction. If you want a more immersive experience than a large wide screen TV you will find it here!
Wow iv never been to a cinema this advanced and this comfy!! Such a great place to visit! It's a bit pricey but you definitely get your money's worth! Although the confectionery is slightly overpriced, the fact that there is a Costa is genius too, I do love a Hot drink while watching a movie, but most cinemas are pants with regards to hot drinks. On a separate note though, the kids absolutely loved their time, and iv never been so comfortable sitting for so long. It's definitely a place to go if you want to really treat someone or your kids.
Staff are always friendly and helpful. Screens are mostly great, some seats need a bit of TLC due to having rips or broken but otherwise clean. Would recommend the monthly membership.
Staff are absolutely amazing, always smiling and eager to help out where and when required. Friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk inside. Very clean, toilets too. Will be returning soon for my next film....well done Odeon!!
My girlfriend booked us the luxury seats. They were great and worth paying the extra money. The cinema was very clean and the staff were friendly, especially Imogen Christian who served us our food. Edit *We recently visited another local cinema, the tickets were half the price of here but the soundproofing wasn't as good. So much so you could hear the film next door. Sometimes it pays to spend a bit more money. Also, they could do with an ATM because during our recent visit, their contactless payment system wasn't working and people were having to pay cash. Not everyone carries cash nowadays, and it would benefit the retail park if they did have an ATM.
Staff were great, facilities were good. Reason for the low score... 3 other patrons, constantly using their phones and vaping in front of us. Not sure if someone monitors the audience to stop this but no one came.
This Odeon is not only equipped with the recliner seats, but it has also introduced the new 'bed chairs.' I haven't yet used these, and don't generally plan to, being a recliner girl through and through, however the option is there. This is your typical Odeon. Expensive food, but you get large portions, there's rip-off coffee shop inside, and a great range of sweets. However, you can also bring your home. The staff are great, they're available, helpful and will go out there way to help, for example Carrying my food tray all the way to my seat because I use a mobility aid. The only reason to say 4 stars, is the sheer price of a packet of jelly babies.... whoah
Lovely cinema with fantastic screens however the seats in the iLuxe are a little cramped. Food selection is limited for such a big cinema however the ability to order in advance and collect is a lifesaver. Will definitely be returning.
