The IMAX experience is on another level compared to what I'm used to in South Africa. Comfy reclining seats. Tray tables for your confections. Loads of treats to choose from. Was simple to book and locate the cinema. The staff were great and the entire complex was so clean and welcoming. Loved it!
The Odeon cinema in Liverpool One is fantastic! It offers a great selection of movies in a modern and comfortable environment. The staff are friendly, the seats are cozy, and the sound and picture quality are excellent. It's the perfect place to catch a film with friends or family. Highly recommend!
The staff were wonderful, unfortunately their card payment system wasn't working at the time so we had to pay cash, but they let us know immediately and told us where the nearest ATM was so it wasn't a hassle. All the staff were kind, clearly spoken and explained everything for us. The cinema was clean and the audio volume in the film was perfect. Usually cinemas tend to be too loud but this was the perfect volume. Would visit again!
I had a fantastic experience at this spotless establishment. Conveniently located near public transport, it's easily accessible. The staff excelled in hospitality, warmly greeting us and ensuring our comfort with seating options while we waited. The big screen and impressive sound quality enhanced our visit, making it a delightful outing. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable experience!
Clean and tidy... good environment... really enjoy watching movies in the busy city center
This cinema is nuts. Came with a ticket Deadpool from an online purchase and arrived with the qr code at the empty concession stand was rudely told to " just show it over there" when I enquired how to redeem the ticket. Then purchased a drink and popcorn to be given a receipt with a number and told to wait. The guy who took my payment then went back to doing nothing and there were no other staff on the front counter for a few minutes. The guy made no effort to prepare the popcorn despite being next to it and didn't bother trying to communicate to anyone that there were tickets to prepare. Eventually another guy arrived, scooped the popcorn and gave me an empty drink cup without explanation. The drinks dispenser was on the opposite side of the lobby no ice dispenser. No idea who thought that this system is more efficient but they have clearly never run through the sequence of service because it's terrible . If busy this wouldn't speed things up but hinder sales and the service was just pathetic at every interaction the staff just didn't care. Management at outlet level here are clearly key holders and bean counters, not one redeemable pleasant moment and not one member of staff trying to break a smile.
Very comfortable cinema, food and drink available. Taylor Swift 'Reputation ' throne is just outside.
One of the best cinemas I've been in, very comfy bookings online, toilets really clean, the longest escalator I've ever seen in my life! If I've any criticism it's about the self service machines in the lobby they print out far too many receipts and it's confusing because put of all the receipts 1 is actually the cinema ticket! I'd recommend booking online and scan the ticket on the smartphone, way easier!
Excellent cinema with great popcorn and amazing screens. Ticket process is so easy - just use the self ticket booths and that's it. Rates are slightly expensive than Cineworld though. Staff is super helpful
The manager of this store is a real asset. He does so much for charitable causes and is very professional and friendly. I love the IMAX and the staff here are relaxed, welcoming, and just let everyone enjoy the shows. I have been a mystery shopper for years and have been shopped myself so know good staff when I see them. A big thank you for always looking after me when I come in - especially when watching Dune for about the 20th time
