Nice medium size cinema, the seats are certainly comfortable and nice, the ticketing system is all via online booking, at the entrance you have some screens where you validate your online bookings for tickets, you can order food at the counter or via the screens like any fast food place, they serve nachos, pizza, alcohol, hotdogs, coffee, etc.. The toilets were clean and modern. The cinema does not have their own parking however there is plenty of payable parking around the building complex.
Good service from staff but like most cinemas, prices of food is too steep. Minecraft plastic popcorn holder and drink for £35 is steep.
We went to the cinema tonight to see Snow White. The service was fantastic, a special shout out to the front of house gentlemen who scanned us in, I believe his name was Shaan. He was so lovely, welcoming and chatty, an absolute credit to your team and a lovely smiley face to be welcomed into the cinema. Thank you!
Went here tonight to was a film with my partner. I have no issues with the level of service, the food, nor the feel of this cinema. In fact, it's very comfortable and well looked after. The issues I have are with the screening and the sound.nnThe film we watched Nosferatu probably shouldn't be a 15. There's references to necrophilia, there's child deaths, and quite sexual references. I get Odeon don't decide the rating but I was just pretty shocked.nnThe other issue was the sound. It was so extremely loud, that I contemplated approaching a member of staff to make them aware. At one point, my partner actually suffered a small amount of pain because of it. I get it being an experience and you want to be submerged in the film, but please for heaves sake, turn the damn volume down.nnOther than that, it was great.
Great recliner seats, lots of parking. They don't have a lot of later viewing mid-week or after midnight runs. Food is expensive, but all cinema food tends to be. On a few occasions a film screening has been cancelled last minute when we have already set off!
