Terrible customer service, honestly the worst staff i’ve interacted with. Sitting around in groups talking and laughing while me and others are waiting to be served at the counter, then walking past us just to go get themselves some popcorn to snack on??nnThe next day i went there as it explained on tickets there was certain merchandise able to be obtained within each ticket on the website, labelled with a free gift/present icon, marking it being a inclusional item with a ticket within a certain date. After explaining to the staff, they then refused to acknowledge what the website clearly stated, giving the pure impression of false advertising, and using the excuse it was for pre orders, when it visibly states within any regular ticket being purchased within the first 3 days of the movies release, it comes free. Plus, if it was a “Pre order item”, why would it be not only labeled as a free gift icon within the tickets informational perks, but furthermore STILL ON THE TICKET DESCRIPTION!!, Pre orders are called pre orders because they are exclusive purchasable items before a certain date, so why is it remaining within the tickets description if the pre order date is 3 days old?nnAnother poor and insanely unprofessional service was from the MANAGER herself. Absolutely poor and unacceptable behaviour towards a friendly customer trying to understand something within the website of her company. Was passively arguing with me the entire time saying it’s not at fault of our website but “Your ability to read” and constantly stating there was an issue with me not looking at the description and it’s my fault? Not sure if it’s just me, but a gift box/present is by law for companies an marketed symbol for a gift, judging by the icon created for such things, it doesn't take a genius to know that.nnAfter constant arguing from her, when clearly she was in the wrong and the website with their propaganda false advertising, i decided it wasn’t worth talking to someone clearly unbothered about how the company she runs is seen by customers, but it’s no surprise when taking a listen to her attitude and poor management.nnOn google it states you can still purchase them if the stock is there behind the counter, after i also explained that to her, she said there is no stock and they are for people who pre ordered, however if that was true, there would be a reserved area specially for these cups, and not placed behind the PURCHASABLE MERCHANDISE counter among all the other merchandise that WAS able to be purchased. No doubt these cups was on display however was never in the intentions of the staff and manager to sell, as they was going to clearly keep them all for themselves, which is by no surprise an act of unprofessionalism, stealing, and against company policy to restrict customers from buying products due to the selfishness of staff wanting them for themselves therefore making excuses they are not for sale, when they are placed in the for sale area among the other merchandise.nnDO NOT GO HERE!!!
Me and my wife came to this area on a few days break and decided to squeeze a cinema trip into it and this one was the nearest to our hotel. We came after 6pm so parking was free. We used the kiosk to order our tickets and food, we had to ask for help using the meerkat deals. The sweet selection was definitely better than back home and the size of the drinks and popcorn was huge! We then discovered that the seats recline and have tray tables so I’d say this was a great experience all round
Nice medium size cinema, the seats are certainly comfortable and nice, the ticketing system is all via online booking, at the entrance you have some screens where you validate your online bookings for tickets, you can order food at the counter or via the screens like any fast food place, they serve nachos, pizza, alcohol, hotdogs, coffee, etc.. The toilets were clean and modern. The cinema does not have their own parking however there is plenty of payable parking around the building complex.
I just love going to Odeon.nLast year I brought my first year of MyLimitlessPlus membership and was able to visit 40+ times throughout the year, and I have now renewed it for 2026.nEach time I've gone it's been very clean and the sound has been perfect.
Nice clean cinema. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There is plenty of food, drinks hot and cold,and snacks to purchase.nToilets are nice and clean and plenty of them ladies.nThere are several different size screens, depending on which film you are going to see. The reclining seats are comfy and spacious. Air temperature was just right.
