Staff here were really friendly and great. Helped me with various enquiries and guidance on the touch screen food order device. They all deserve credit. Visited evening of 22nd Oct to watch The Substance. Film was also awesome.
My wife and I went to watch Twister. Found a cinema situated on the 1st floor which you can access by elevator . At the entrance you have greet and meet person who can help you with your tickets or any requests. There is a stall with food you can use . I always bring a bag with me where I have my sweets and drinks . Before entering we had to wait whilst room gets cleaned out after previous attendance. We used room 3, adverts lasted over 20 min . The room was spacious and the sound system was really exceptional The seating was comfortable I could elevate my legs with the press of the button. You have space to put your drink as well . Honestly if you really wanted you could have great sleep in these chairs . The toilets were clean and there were enough .
Cancelled kids club film without notice, after 20 minute drive. Son very upset. Asked to watch another film to compensate and tried to charge full price and then tell me it would take 5 days to refund kids club cost. They have zero understanding of the customer, pretty disgraceful.
We love this area it sometimes smells sewgy but just late when we came there wasnt the smell so otherwise its good food in the mall and cinema is tidy
