A very good but under used cinema and entertainment centre. There is lots of free car parking. It has a direct link to the London bound lane of the M2 and offers a complete selection of services: hot food, popcorn, ice cream including a pick n mix sweet bar for the kids, both big and little. Cineworld is just part of the Medway Leisure Park complex. Cineworld is surrounded by restaurants and eateries for every taste with a wide choice for everyone. The staff at Cineworld are friendly and helpful. It is the ideal place for visit to the cinema and a night out with the family or with friends, highly recommended
Top of seats in screen 9 looked dirty and like they hadn't been cleaned properly in a while. Also the girl serving us our popcorn and snacks had 0 customer service skills and came off cold and unfriendly. Guy at the door and scanning tickets was very friendly and helpful. Mixed bag this time we visited but still enjoyed the film.
This cinema is walking distance from our place, it's small but host most of the latest movies. Facilities are great, staff extremely professional and you get fresh snacks. Nice parking, plenty of restaurants around and highly recommend to all age groups.
Haven't been to a cinema since pre Covid, so it was a very pleasant experience, with my family, to see the new Avatar movie, which we all thoroughly enjoyed. Staff were very helpful and friendly, will be back with younger family members very soon.
Great time here this morning for kids club. Nice and quiet, almost deserted at 10am this Sunday morning. We saw Pets 2 for £7.50 for 2 adults and a 2 year old. The 2 year old loved the show, the sweets and the ice cream. Staff where friendly and in good spirits. I liked the shots taken of Rochester bridge, directly over the cinemas car park, great views.
Nice staff good price clean helpful However went to watch black panther scenes where so dark was like watching a pirate movie. And sound was so loud me and my boy left
First time at this cinema - a good experience, nice and clean, although the seats were not particularly comfortable, hence 4 stars rather than 5.
We bought tickets at one of the machines and it was very temperamental, took about 5 minutes to take payment. Staff were brilliant & food/ drink good apart from cheese wife said, for the nachos, tasted more like mustard. No air-conditioning in screen 6.
Lovely cinema, clean, warm, friendly staff. Never seems very busy and plenty of parking.
My first return to the cinema since covid to watch Smile. Great movie BUT really annoying that ceiling lights were left on throughout the film taking away from the immersive cinema experience and washing out the more dark scenes. Is this a new health & safety regulation I wonder?
